Indian Film: DIL CHAHTA HAI (THE HEART DESIRES)

Hello it's Bilal again, today I will do a blog about another comedy-drama film which is called DIL CHAHTA HAI, in English translation it means (THE HEART DESIRES) this film is considered to be one of the 2001's classics and a big hit. Here is an image and a trailer of the movie.

I will now tell you what this film is about in a short summary. This comedy-drama film is about three friends  AKASH is fun-loving, non-believer in love. SAMEER is always "ready" for love but does not know its true meaning. SIDDHARTH is the more serious person of the trio. He is sensitive, understanding, caring  in short the perfect man for any girl. He falls in love with a middle-aged, slightly alcoholic divorcée TARA. AKASH cannot understand this relationship and when he makes a joke about SIDDHARTH's true love, SIDDHARTH slaps him. This causes a rift between both and they go their separate ways. Subsequently AKASH too realizes the meaning of true love when the vivacious, bubbly SHALINI comes in his life. Same happens with SAMEER when he meets POOJA. At the end all three friends reunite and reconile happily so finally we get to see how these boys become men.

In my opinion I love this film, I love the story, the songs/music, the adventures, the comedy & drama and the actors who acted in this film, I suggest you should watch this film to it's very good.
